QTZ315 The basic configuration of Tower crane 

1,Forearm: Forty-eight meters, seven joints, The top chord is seamless steel tube 76×8,the contact is high-level bolt and clevis pin with head. The bottom chord is Channel steel sealing plate.

2,Standard joint: The protagonist steel ∠140×140×10, section:1.5×1.5×2.2m,

   Upper level: ∠63×6, Diagonal brace  ∠75×6.

3,Bottom girder:22beams, the whole girder is 6 meters, the half girder is 3 meters.

4,Rotating units: Speed reducer 8000   N,m(Made in Yantai ,China)

   Rotary motor is four speed winding motor

   Rotating brace: 1120 type

5,Lifting mechanisms: they are brought from professional factory, Lifting motor: Weifang or Taizhouhuayuan

6,Vertical120 Luffing, double speed

7,Space capsule driving room: dome light, Local integration worktable
